Executive Profile
Mangesh Kate is a distinguished security leader with over 25 years of enterprise-level experience in corporate security and physical security risk operations. A driving force in the security industry, Mangesh has been instrumental in building and strengthening professional security leadership networks across Pune & many parts of India.
His extensive career includes two decades with HSBC India, where he successfully spearheaded physical security operations for HSBC Technology India, delivering deep expertise in enterprise risk mitigation, strategic management, and high-level stakeholder collaboration. As the visionary behind PPIN and the Founder of the Pune Security Professionals (PSP) Program, Mangesh is dedicated to advancing the security landscape through collaboration, innovation, and elite networking.
